when can I get Proactive?

When will Proactive Hardware Services update the Oracle Sun System Analysis Report to
1. support the current Solaris update and patch levels
2. support the current explorer version
3. support the current hardware firmware versions

Also, which of the many dates controls when a new report will be run?
