Program - Run Financial Statement Generator Template Name not Available

Hello Gurus,

I was wondering if you could help explain how to setup to have the same Template Name on this Standard Program: Program: Run Financial Statement Generator

User would like to have the same exact list of Values that is available under this Program: Program: Publish FSG Report

Please see attached 2 screen Shots to see where we would like to have the same Template name LOV.
