COMPANY: Enter value for flexfield segment

Hi,

I am trying to upload budgets using the Budget Wizard template in 12.1.3.  When I try I get 'COMPANY: Enter value for flexfield segment'.  The value exist in the template which I had just downloaded so I'm not sure what the error is for.
