Hi, expert:
I need to list (steps/details) what a good APPS DBA should do for a prospective client so they have latest patches for their environment, proactive monitor new patches for their EBS. I normally watch/apply Oracle CPU patch and apply what developers ask me to apply. I cant tell the prospective client. I need do better than that. But I dont know how. I have to finish this by Monday. I really appreciate your help in advance.
