How to create single invoice for a sales order containing Inventory and service/freight items

Hi,

We had issue to map  business scenario as

1. Single invoice required for sales order having inventory item and serivce item.

At present we observed that it create seperate invoice for inventory item and seperate for service item though sales order is same.

2. When we apply freight cost at shipping level, freight charges split line wise in AR ?

We prefer to have a single freight cost line to AR with total amount.

Need guidance please.
