Patch exiting abnormally

 Hi All,
I am upgrading EBS 11i to R12.1.1 on Linux OEL5.Db is on one node and Application is on second node.

The R12.1.1 main upgrade patch is behaving abnormally.Th patch is coming out to the command prompt.

There is No error in alert and worker log.The job status is completed.10000 jobs are pending.

Please help to resolve the issue.
