Withholding Certificate to Suppliers

Hi all,
Our requirement is to issue withholding tax certificate to our suppliers. Please refer any standard report or any other way (excluding customized report) to get the said objective.

Please guide.

I hope that opportunity to get the goal is available in system; but till now we didn't get success.
