request - product's documentation siebel dynamic pricing and penalties calculation

  Dear Gurus,

 

My customer a large Telco organization is actually looking to implement a complex pricing, discount and penalty system but would like to know if Siebel or OSM/BRM  do have such capabilities that manages complex penalties and pricing rules.

We are using Siebel 8.1.1.9, OSM, and BRM 7.5.

 

Prices and Penalties could be calculated based on device, formula, usage, commitment

 

Any hints or suggestion much appreciated.
