Getting "Field '%1' not found in BusComp." while submitting workflow

 Dear All,

We have upgraded 8.1.1 Siebel Repository to 8.2.2 and the application is up and running. I have enabled OpenUI as well. In this current application (Siebel Public Sector) while submitting one workflow I am getting the bellow error which is not even reflecting in the log,

"Field '%1' not found in BusComp."

Please help me out if you know the issue.
