Oracle DB upgrade pre installation checks prior to DBUA clarification

We are upgrading x3 Oracle databases from Oracle_10.2.0.4 to Oracle_11.2.0.3
The OS is "Rehat Linix "release 5.5 (Tikanga) 2.6.18-194.3.1.el5 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux"
The main database is used in an Oracle Financials EBS_11.5.10 application and the other 2 databases are used as EBS repositories.
Each have their own oracle homes

We need to clarify a point about Oracle Universal Installer and the "Perform Prerequisite Checks" [Ignore All] option top right.
FYI We have detailed the OUI with prerequisite checks at the [Ignore All] option point (uploaded as OUI_PrerequisiteChecks_SR.doc)
We are trying to perform as many tasks as we can before the production "Go-Live" weekend
