How to update responsibility_name in fnd_responsibility_tl table?

 Dear,I have a SR and customer has Customized responsibility 'OUR E65 Doc Control Newark'.
When he checked the fnd_responsibility_tl table there is an additional space at the last of the responsibility name. The responsibility name in fnd_responsibility_tl is  "OUR E65 Doc Control Newark " (with a blank space after Newark).
He need to change the name in "fnd_responsibility_tl" , please let me know the impact on other tables and the steps that need to be followed to update the responsibility name in back end.
