ODBC not creatted

Hi,
we have just upgraded to tools 9.1.3.1 from 898.4.8.

It is observed that the Full/Update package installation on fay clients are not creating/configuring ODBC automatically.

Our Enterprise server is AS400. So I series navigator is properly installed and configured so that OUI installer can create ODBC automatically.

 Attached logs for update package installation.
