8.0.0.5 to 8.0.0.13 technical patch upgrade- How to find object changes?

Hi All


we have run only technical patch upgrade from 8.0.0.5 to 8.0.0.13 and did not apply any SIFs/Seed data of any FR/Bugfix/ACR present in REPPATCH folder. Now, 
1.how can we get list of modified objects(may be class,etc updated automatically while applying patch) ?
Will there be no object in that case?

2. Will there be any issue if we do not apply FR SIFs (e.g. FR_12_1O76PAB Folder in REPATCH)? 

Could you please let us know.
