Error on wrong login credentials

Hi Guys,
I am PeopleSoft HRMS 9, PT8.49.11. Whenever, a user enters a wrong loginID or password while login to PS, he gets the error as "a fatal peoplecode sql error has occured. Please consult your system logs" instead of "invalid user ID and password". Can you please guide me how to o about this issue?
