Busbuild picking up wrong foundation

HI,
We have recently upgraded from tools 898.4.8 to 9.1.3.1.

On deployment server I have moved the System/Systemcomp & One World Client folders under E900 folder.

Now when I am trying to build an Update package which contains an NER/BSFN the BUSBUILD is picking up wrong foundation path for business function build.

 Foundation Path: \\RSBDEP\E900\System_913\SYSTEM .


Please advise.
