Budgting

Hi,

We are trying to use budgeting for the first time. we have defined the account no and under the given Account No. we have different subledgers. now we have defined the budgets for the subledgers. For eg

Account No            Subledger        Budget

1411                        abc1                 1000

1411                        abc2                  1000

1411                        abc3                  1000

Now when i am  making purchase order with account number 1411 and subledger abc1, the order is going on hold only when it is exceeding the budget of 3000. but it should go on hold as soon as it exceeds 1000 . Is it working correct or i am missing anything.

Please reply at the earliest.
