How to check Oracle Diagnostic pack installed or not in Oracle 9i database server

Dear Experts,

      I would like to know  How to know if Oracle Diagnostic pack has been already installed or not in oracle 9i. Please let me know if anyone has
knowledge about this. I appreicate your time  for reading it  and thnx in advance for your answer
