Banks are not appearing in Bank Transfer window

I have a responsibiltiy for the Cash Management module one is SCC-CM Super user which is being created first  and recently I made another responsibility which has a name is CM-Super User both of the responsbility has a full and same wites and configrations and same menu writes. 

The problem is that if I disable the SCC-CM Super user responsibility then I cannot able to see the any banks in the CM-Super User  in the Bank transfer Transaction. If I keep enable the SCC-CM Super user resposnbility then I am able to see the banks in CM-Super User resposnbility.
