I have created >Territory type

>Rank=10

>Winners=1

>Added resource

>Used Matching attribute as Request type>>specified condition =Request type name

I have ran program Synchronize Territory Assignment Rules refresh total.

After running territory report it is showing No Resource Qualifier Conditions Defined.Where I missed out ?
