Enterprise Manager not recognising PSU/CPU when applied immediately to an out of place upgrade.

I was wondering if anyone else has seen this problem :

We had a Database at  11.1.0.7 which we upgraded to 11.2.0.3 and then immediately  applied the April patch set to to take it to 11.2.0.3.6.

Checking the registry$history we see :

ACTION_TIME                    ACTION                         NAMESPACE  VERSION                 ID COMMENTS                       BUNDLE_SERIES
------------------------------ ------------------------------ ---------- --------------- ---------- ------------------------------ ----------------------------
13-JUL-13 12.40.34.485543 AM   APPLY                          SERVER     11.2.0.3                 6 PSU 11.2.0.3.6                 PSU

But The server is still showing in the Patch Recommendations list as needing:

Patch 16056266: DATABASE PATCH SET UPDATE 11.2.0.3.6 (INCLUDES CPUAPR2013)
Patch 16294378: DATABASE SECURITY PATCH UPDATE 11.2.0.3.0 (CPUAPR2013)

Checking across our databases in EM12c we seem to see it only where we carried out an out of place upgrade followed immediately by a patch set apply so I'm wondering if this is a case of EM12c not picking up the fact that the patch has been applied.

Howdy, Stranger!
