How to re-install JDK1.6.0.43.0

Inadvertently removed JDK before deinstalling the Webligic server, when removing OEM 12c.  How can I successfully either install the JDK to remove the Weblogic Server or just manually remove the oms12c1?  Please give detailed instructionsfor the JDK install and for the de-install of the Weblogic server.
