HFM - Freezing issue when trying to run reports

Recently, all the users are expensing freezing issue with HFM when they try to run a report. the error message is :

Requited application module reporting  HRRunDig is not configured. Please contact yoru administrator.

After getting this message, click ok, then click to run a report again, and this time everything works fine. but sometimes taking very long to get to this error message.

Can you some one help!
