Concur Expense (SAE) Interface to JD Edwards

Has anyone gone thru exercise of mapping and interfacing concur with JD Edwards. Concur drops a Standard Accounting Extract (SAE) file and beyond that there is no information on interfacing, any information or guidance is great.
