How to Create Workflow to update value of a field in Account Record triggered by user added in "Acco

Hello Experts/Avid Users!
We need your help in providing steps on how to create a workflow to update the value of a field in "Account" record, triggered by any modification and/or creation of Account Team field.  Basically, we regularly add a new Account Team with user role of "Field FMW Sales Rep", and we assign one Field FMW Sales Rep in the Account Team of every Account (so no multiple Field FMW Sales Reps allowed to be assigned to an account), and we'd like for CRM on Demand to automatically populate/update the value of a custom field in Account record, named "Assigned Field
