Will stopping OMS home cause issues for databases using oracle dataguard --

i need to apply a patch to my OMS_HOME...since i enabled dataguard on my primary/standby and FSFO via the OEM12 grid ....if I stop the OMS home & agent...will that cause any impact to the connectivity in my dataguard environment?  i configured observer & alternate observer via oem12c oem grid control....I need to shutdown the OMS of oem12c and apply patch....Want to make sure that this won't interrupt my dataguard configuration.
