Query to find supplier contacts in R12

Hello
In R12 supplier contacts can be added at the supplier level or at supplier site level. Can anybody help me to fetch the list of contacts defined at supplier level and also at supplier site level. It will be useful in case if i get list of supplier contacts defined at site level and supplier level in one query with a flag saying that whether contact defined at site level or supplier level.
