Patch 16009960:R12.ZX.B: - Compilation error of ARXTWMAI.fmb

Hello,
During the deployment of patch 16009960 the following form did not generate successfully:

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:
ar      forms/US        ARXTWMAI.fmx

When compiled manually I got the following errors:
frmcmp_batch module=$AU_TOP/forms/US/ARXTWMAI.fmb userid=apps/*** output_file=/tmp/ARXTWMAI.fmx module_type=form compile_all=special
