Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. US PAY: 2013 Form 941 - Employer's QUARTERLY Federal Tax Return.

When I run the 941 for 2013, I get the correct taxable information but on 2012 form. where ss is calculated at .0104%.

Is there a patch for release 11.5 I missed.
