RMAN Catalog database version dependency

We are planning to create a Rman catalog schema in 10.2.0.5 database for Oracle 11g R2 version so please let me know whether there is any issues will occur  in the future or we can proceed with this. Because I hope the rman catalog database should be higher than registered database version.

Please clarify this.
