First Period of an Inventory Org ?

 Hi Gurus Hope you all, 
We have cnfigure various IO's, these IO's are being configure based on the Current Dates (i-e July). Now While start testing we observe the system select itself very first period as the July , that we dont want. We want it should start from June?? 

Can any body suggest me how to do it ???
