R31802A Not generatig JE Entries !!!

Hi,
In one of my Shopfloor Work Order, R31802A unable to generate JE for IC.
But in F4111, ILDGL, ILPCD got updated as usual.

Now I have try to re-run that WO, but batch retruns with empty value.

What is the corrective procedure for the above scenario ?
