Unable to Delete, Open or Post HFM Journal

Hi, Our users experience an issue with HFM 11.1.2.2 patch 304, which

when they create a journal and the journal name has : (colon) in it, it cause

an issue, which the journal cannot be posted, opened or deleted.

 

The message the user received from the web page is:

"The Jounal you are trying to load has been deleted and cannot be processed. Please refresh the Journals list."

 

And message from Log Viewer:

"The journal ID provided is invalid. The journal may have been deleted or no longer exists. Please retry the operation. Invalid Journal ID: Label=Scenario=Year="

 

Can anyone advise, how can we delete the Journal? perhaps from the back end database?
