How to monitorize a progrm test?

Hi community,
We were creating a Program (webinar) associated to a simple campaign and all looks ok. We're annoyed because when we want to test it, all seems ok (we get the 'Test emails have been successfully sent to the contacts in the test list', right Test Lists, Webform registration, ...), but no email arrives to our inboxes. Is there any way to monitorize what's happening or any suggestion??
