Content server setup in R12

I have been tasked to setup a content server for use by an R12 system.What I could gather is that the latest application server that is supported, is 10.1.3, but where do I download the software from? This seems to be quite archaic... and I could not get it on OTN.
What would the best solution be, utilising the latest supported configuration?
