Facing an issue while cancelling the orders .
Hi Team,
I have done recently one change i.e. cancelling the backorders through the API(oe_order_pub.process_order) .
By mistake I haven't pass the order qty and Cancelled qty to the API . So it is just showing as cancelled .But again it is picking.
Now the problem is Quantity is blocking for such orders.And few orders also got shipped. (But line status is showing as Cancelled )
Users are not able to cancel the orders.
I'm trying to apply one data fix. if change the status to "picked" it is not accepting. Please look into this.very very urgent.
