oraagent.bin causing high cpu and executions

Hi all,

EBS R12.1.3

DB 11.2.0.2 RAC 2 nodes with ASM

today i ran AWR report for instance 2 , and found that there is oraagent.bin process consumed high CPU and High Executions for statement delete from sdo_geor_ddl__table.

can any one please help why this happening .
