Personalisation to see only some of the flexfield segments

Hi,

I am using iRecruitment, but this scenario could be valid anywehere.

I am enabling the Additional search criteria DFF to be visible on the Vacancy serach form. This DFF has 3 segments defined and enabled.

But for a certain responsibility, i only want 2 of those 3 segments to be visible.

Is there a way to limit the visibility of some segments within the same DFF.

This is quite urgent, so an urgent response will be appreciated.
