Upload Page (Not Responding)

Hi,

Product is R12.1.3.

Need to upload excel data sheet in a custom table. An integrator is created and Necessary setup is done.

After filling excel data sheet, when 'Upload' button is pressed, status of the 'Upload Page' is displayed / changed as 'Upload Page (Not Responding)'.

Though the data sheet is uploaded but need to know and check that 'why' the process goes in loop and 'Upload Page' displayed this message.

Moreover, it takes a log time to upload even few records.
