perform automatic receipt

Hi all ;

I try to perform automatic receipt, we done all setup following the doc ID  745996.1

our problem is we create a automatic receipt batch

when we run Create Settlement Batches i have this error: Failed - Communication Error in the logfile i have this message : Nothing to process. The output of the request is zero byte
