Unable to View output of report run by other users

All, after i setting up within  RBAC  to grant a user/role with ability to view output of report run by other users through the same responsibility of the other user, I am still finding it difficult to view output of programs run by other users after I assigning a Newly created role with the grant set up to Myself,  still I cannot view output of report from other users using the same responsibility the other used in running the report . Attached are the steps made with screen shot. I hope someone can help out with what i am missing out to allow
