Initiate a workflow on content Change

Hi All,
I have a requirement to initiate a workflow on all content changes within WebCenter Sites. any change to the content should follow the approval reviewer workflow.

Can someone help and let me know how can we achieve this. If there are some custom codes and the process to do so .. please help.
