From Which table can I Obtain the Expense Report Approval Date?

Hi,

I am trying to write a SQL query to capture Expense Report data.  I need to include the date the expense report was created, the date submitted, the manager approved date, the audited date and the date the expense report was paid.  I am having trouble identifying what table I can pull the approval date from.  I am fairly new at using SQL and writing queries so if anyone could provide some guidance I would greatly appreciate it.
