Budget Wizard Template description

Hi,

I am creating a Budget Wizard Template and selected to display all segment descriptions.  When the template is created all the descriptions are to the right of the data.  In my development enviroment the data is in the middle.  It's to the right of the code combinations but before the period data.  Is there a profile setting?
