Error When Applying Patch 14530757:R12.AP.A

VPC Team member opened this thread for the customer.

When applying Patch 14530757:R12.AP.A the log files for both US and PTB show the following error:

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

ap forms/US APXINWKB.fmx

An error occurred while generating Oracle Forms files.

From the worker 6 log file:

Compiling WHEN-BUTTON-PRESSED trigger in FOLDER_OPEN property class...
  No compilation errors.
