ZPOOL UNAVAIL

Hi

Could someone advise if there is a way of deleting a zpool (without rebooting) that is in an unavailable state. The underlying storage was removed from the SAN before destroying the zpool.

zpool destroy -f EOFYTEST
cannot open 'EOFYTEST': pool I/O is currently suspended

# zpool status -v EOFYTEST
  pool: EOFYTEST
 state: SUSPENDED
status: One or more devices are unavailable in response to IO failures.
        The pool is suspended.
action: Make sure the affected devices are connected, then run 'zpool clear' or
        'fmadm repaired'.
   see: http://support.oracle.com/msg/ZFS-8000-HC
  scan: none requested
config:

        NAME                                     STATE     READ WRITE CKSUM

Howdy, Stranger!
