Issue: While applying patch#13612492:R12.GL.B getting following error:

Time is: Mon Jul 15 2013 15:17:54


ATTENTION: All workers either have failed or are waiting:

  FAILED: file b10322764.ldt on worker  1.
  FAILED: file glcoexmf.ldt on worker  2.

ATTENTION: Please fix the above failed worker(s) so the manager can continue.

Current time is: Mon Jul 15 2013 15:17:54
