If an employee add a new dependent this triggers a life event  and  it including the new dependent in the Medical coverage for example.  Is the next process, extract the data  and submit it to 3rd party ( ex. Bluecross ).?. Is that a correct process?

Also, how  do you submit the extract, it is every time there is a life events or you can do it by batch ( say monthly?)
