XDB's Wrong Result Bug's occurrence condition ( about Bug#13811568)

Hello. I'm Yuji.
I’m checking up detail of Bug#13811568.
This bug is XDB's Wrong Result Bug.

My Customer ask me what is occurrence condition of this bug.

I read this bug's Note [ID 13811568.8].
and
I answered to my customer above question.
This bug’s occurrence conditions are these.
 - Client is JDBC
 - Access to Binary XML data. It's over 4000 characters.
 
But my customer wants to know more detail of occurrence condition
Because my customer's database have a lot of XML data (over 1TB) and client is java (jdbc). My customer’s system correspond these occurrence conditions.

I read again Note [ID 13811568.8]. but I cannot get more information about occurrence conditions.
