Vertical Scrollbar in Open UI 8.1.1.10 ?

 Hi All,
I am having issues with views which are larger than my screen resolution. No matter which browser I use, there are no scrollbars appearing. The applet is just "cut" at the end of the browser.

Now there was a QF released (Branch QF[0102003]) which fixes BugID 16613955. This Bug fixes Vertical Scrollbars are not appearing when using the "Tree" Navigation Layout from the User Preference menu. So I changed to "Tree" layout and voila - scrollbars appearing now! But still, they are not appearing in "normal" / "Tab-based" layout.

Is it just me? Do you have scrollbars in your Open UI environment?
