please clarify on below query

Could you please help me for below query and kindly correct me if i am wrong anywhere?

query 1:I executed below query and it took 35 minutes to complete the task.In this case db_cache_size is 448m.
 
create table TEST.AI_ODS_RAW_MTNA_MSG_VADDAS AS SELECT * FROM ACCOUNTINFO.AI_ODS_RAW_MTNA_MSG_TBL_TEST;
 
-->Table AI_ODS_RAW_MTNA_MSG_TBL_TEST size is 104m and its lob size is 2gb.
